Having a local knowledge we are proud to offer few different and unique Self guided bike tours in Croatia. There is no one that knows the coast and the islands better than us, as we have been riding on all of them, we actually do it for fun and there is nothing better than when your passion becomes work!
These self guided tours can be customized and changed in accordance with your wishes. We can provide same tours with different accommodation, either cozy B&B or luxury hotels, to private villas. We can also provide you a boat, instead of staying in hotel you can sail on catamaran, stay on gullet or private yacht. We can extend or shorten the tours.
Our suggestions cover all the important sites you will find on your tour; museums, galleries, beaches, night life historical sites, local and authentic restaurants, and most important: quite roads for biking.
On these tours we provide luggage transfers, emergency support, we have an welcome meeting where we will fit bike for you, explain to you where to go and where or what to eat, what to see and give you information about local structure and history which was going on along en route. We provide different maps with marked routes and altimetry profiles. Basically, everything is taken care of, leaving you to enjoy the magnificent Croatian countryside or coastal line with Dalmatian islands on a beautiful bike ride!

SELF GUIDED BIKE TOURS INCLUDE:
Welcome meeting – usually on the first day of the tour, we have a meeting where we fit bikes for you, and after give day by day explanation about the itinerary, where you will receive detailed descriptions about the area where you are, local culture, points of interest, good restaurants, emergency numbers and our contact number
Accommodation - we prefer to use small family run hotels. But, if this hotel is 10 km from town centre, and we had a long day on a bike, we will stay in a lower quality hotel which will be only 5 min walk from town centre. We believe in this philosophy! On some tours we are lodged in a local private houses, because of logistics and because we believe this is a good way for you to experience local culture.
Quality bike rental-our bikes are serviced regularly and inspected always before they leave our base in Split. We are proud that our apparel and bikes are in top condition and we are used to hear from people by the end of the trip how bikes where working perfectly
Luggage transfers – on self guided tours where it is necessary we have organized luggage shuttles for you.

Route descriptions - we provide you with detailed route descriptions as an extra for your information. We write them ourselves, meaning that we have actually covered every inch of the trail, every bump on the route. The result is a clearly written set of route descriptions that guide you, km by km, along the trail, and supply you with further information as well (points of interest, refreshments, local restaurants etc.).
