A TASTE OF DALMATIA
This excursion really gives You the chance to TASTE Dalmatia. In the charming village of Orasac take part in the production of olive oil in the old fashioned way, where the 'mill' is driven by a horse.Taste some home made cheese, smoked ham and wine in an old fashioned house which has not changed much through the ages.In the times of the Dubrovnik Republic, Ston was the second most important town. It's wealth was derived from the salt works that are still in function today. Although being known for the spectacular city walls, that are considered to be the second longest in the world,today this region is predominantly known as the 'oyster capital' of Croatia. Here You will be served a nice sea food platter (octopus,mussels, small fish and an oyster).Finally we will pay a visit to one of the best known wine producers of the region. The Peljesac peninsula has for ages been known of it's excellent wines. And the Milos family wine cellar is today certainly one of the foremost representatives of this production. During the visit to the cellar a pleasant wine tasting will be organized.

BAY OF KOTOR
Whether you enter the Bay of Kotor from the sea of from the mainland the experience will be the same-you will be fascinated. It seems that the mountains have cracked open to allow the sea to enter. This is the southern most "fjord" in Europe. It is truly an oasis of Mediterranean vegetation-agavas, palm trees, mimosas, kiwis, pomegranates andmedical herbs.
