The island Brac is a well-known windsurfing paradise. The location of Brac is ideal for windsurfing thanks to the westerly wind
maestral blowing usually every afternoon from May until end of september.Maestral allows you to learn and improve your windsurfing very fast: starts slowly in the morning which is excelent for beginers and in the afternoon blows really strong(15-20 knots) wich is enough to get ''adrenalin kick''!
Bol, on the southern coast of the island is one of most popular places for windsurfing in the Mediterranean, and that of course is the main reason why our partner Zoo Station organises a PWA Windsurf World Cup Race there every year.
